The History

Your exclusive detached villa is designed for maximum comfort, convenience and relaxation. Built on three floors, your villa comes with four large bedrooms, including two master bedrooms with en-suite facilities. For ease of maintenance your villa is fitted with ceramic tiling in all the living areas, bathrooms and lavatories.

The ground floor of your villa boasts a large living room which is air conditioned for your year round comfort. The two double bedrooms are accommodated by a spacious bathroom with shower, basin and lavatory finished to the highest standard. All of the bedrooms have balconies offering stunning panoramic views of Akbuk Bay and the surrounding mountains and coastline.

The top floor of your villa has the second master bedroom with air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom. This master bedroom leads out to a large private roof terrace, which is not overlooked, and presents a breathtaking vista.

The generous internal living space is complemented with your own private outdoor area. This includes a brick built barbecue, sun terrace, landscaped garden and swimming pool, all of which are maintained to the highest standard as part of your annual fee.
