From the very start of the initial plans of phase 1 through phase 3, it has always been uppermost in ourthoughts to not only provide spacious accommodation, but to create large open areas to give you a feeling of space within the complex. This feeling of open space is even more evident in the design of phase 3.

The latest and final phase of the Apollon Holiday Village has a complimentary mixture of 1-bed and 2-bed apartments in blocks C, D, F, I, J, M, N; 3-bed apartments and penthouses on every block.

Meticulous planning and attention to every detail has been considered until we are satisfied that every apartment makes best use of the available space to give you the ideal apartment, the most obvious sign of this is the fact that the smallest bedroom in every apartment is big enough for two single beds or a double bed plus space for bedroom furniture.

All apartments are finished to the same specification which includes: fitted kitchen units including cooker unit and extractor, decorative coving to all rooms with built in down lighters to the lounge and kitchen area, air conditioning in lounge and all rooms, tiled floors, UPVC double glazing plus satellite TV and telephone points. All bathrooms are fully tiled and have toilet, shower and sink, the main bathrooms have Hilton style vanity units complete with mirror,
shelves and cupboards, plus plumbing for the washing machine. Also fitted are toilet roll holder, towel hook, soap-dish and mouth was glass and holder. Hot water is provided by en electric boiler fitted in the main bathroom.

To reserve a property a fee of £500 is needed. This fee allows the property to be taken off the market for a period of 1 month to allow the buyer to come and visit the property. If after 1 month the buyer has not visited the property or cannot confirm any flight booking the £500.00 deposit will be returned and the property will be put back on the market for sale.

When the buyer visits Turkey and confirms their intention to buy a confirmation fee of £2,000 is required. The buyer will then go before the notary, with a legal translator, a solicitor will be appointed and this will start the process of applying for the Aegean Army checks. If these checks have a negative result the seller must legally declare his expenses and return the remainder to the buyer.

Within 28 days of returning home the buyer must pay a minimum deposit of 30% plus legal and connection fees (detailed below). The balance will then be due when the property is completed. The term &quot;completed&quot; means all fixtures, fittings and decoration are complete and that it has electric and running water. Work may still be going on to other properties and some external works.

If the buyer wishes to pay a 50% deposit or in full they will also be able to take advantage of our discounted rates.
